Bob Hope, whose 112th birthday it is today, might have overstayed his show-biz welcome by a decade or two, but he was pretty darned funny for much of his career.
And he made it to the century mark, passing away just over a month after his 100th birthday, a feat that always deserves a tip of the ol’ fedora.
