We recently watched a movie musical from 1933 entitled "Let's Fall in Love" in which there was an intriguing scene set at a carnival. In it, we see something very similar to the midway attraction that asks customers to throw a ball at a target. If they hit it, they trigger a lever, which triggers a trap door and dumps a clown into a vat of water. Only, in this picture, the attraction instead featured two scantily clad gals who fell out of bed when the target was hit. We were left wondering if such an attraction ever existed?
